4. The server you used
5. The level you stopped at -- it must be Level 50.
6. Your full name

8. Your telephone number (home and/or cell)
9. Your complete mailing address

1. HOW TO ENTER:

NDOORS Interactive Inc. (the “Sponsor”) is pleased to announce that the Satisfaction Guarantee Event (the “Event”) has been in effect as of October 11, 2008, and will end on November 30, 2008, at 11:59 PM (Pacific Daylight Saving Time) PDT. In order to be eligible to participate in this event, you (the “Entrant”) must be a new player who registered on or after Oct. 11. In addition, any information you provide to the Sponsor will be governed by the Sponsor's privacy policy, which may be viewed at the Website.

 

2. HOW TO CLAIM:

To participate in the Event, you have to be a NEW PLAYER WHO REGISTERED AN ACCOUNT WITH THE SPONSOR ON OR AFTER OCTOBER 11. You  must meet all the eligibility requirements stated below. If you reach level 50 and you have not enjoyed playing Atlantica,  you can claim to receive $20 from the Sponsor. You must send an email with the reason why you want Atlantica to buy back your character and provide all required information. After Sponsor receives all the necessary information from users who make a claim, the Sponsor will reasonably select users who should receive the $20 and process the verification of the user’s eligibility to receive the $20. All decisions of Sponsor related to the event or selecting users will be at Sponsor's sole discretion. Each selected user will be notified in two to four weeks after November 30, 2008, via telephone, mail or email that he or she, subject to verification, is a selected user. If selected users cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made during ten (10) business days from Sponsor's first attempt, or if a user is found to be ineligible at Sponsor's sole discretion, this will result in prize forfeiture. If a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the selected user may be disqualified. However, after we buy your character back from you, you are no longer able to use the character.
Entrants acknowledge that utilizing scripts, macros, or other automated and illegitimate means to play the game will be regarded as illegitimate, and entrants will be disqualified from the Event, at Sponsor’s SOLE DISCRETION. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or illegible entries; bugs; failures in servers, hardware or software; transmission failure or loss or delayed or corrupted data transmissions or any injury or damage to an Entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from the Event. In the event of a dispute concerning who registered to participate in the Event, the registration will be declared to have been made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of registration. An authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. This Event is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

 

 

3. ELIGIBILITY:

1. Only new players who registered on or after Oct. 11 and before Nov. 30, 2008, by 11:59 PM (Pacific Daylight Saving Time) PDT.
2. A  user’s level has to be 50. (Not more than or not less than Level 50.)
3. Users must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. (Users between the ages of thirteen (13) and seventeen (17) are eligible to receive $20 pending parents’ or guardian’s verification.)

4. Users must have a valid PayPal Account.

Eligibility for receiving cash for the Event can be voided where prohibited or restricted by the law of governing authority of each country. Geographical restrictions and other restriction may apply. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry which is associated with but not limited to: illegitimate 3rd party program, bugs, hacking, and other illegal attempts to gain an unfair advantage in the Event. Employees of the Sponsor and its partners, parent companies, divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, trustees, franchisees, licensees, advertising, promotion and public relations agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, independent contractors, representatives and agencies (collectively, the "Sponsor Affiliates") are not eligible to receive the cash from the Event. Additionally, immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children), grandparents and grandchildren are not eligible to receive.

 

4. SPONSOR:

The Event is sponsored by NDOORS Interactive Inc., P.O. Box 2303, El Segundo, CA 90245.

 

5. PRIVACY:

Except as otherwise stated in these official rules, the use of the information each Entrant submits for the Event is governed by the NDOORS Interactive Inc. privacy policy, which can be found at http://www.playatlantica.com.

 

6. PRIZES:

20 U.S. dollars to selected users - ONLY ONE 20 DOLLAR PAYMENT PER PERSON.
No transfer, other substitution allowed, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the Event prizes for a prize of equal or greater value. All applicable federal, state/provincial, and local taxes are each selected Entrant's sole responsibility. Entrants based in countries other than the United States will receive cash less withholding tax as required by tax treaty agreement between the United States and the selected Entrants’ countries. The cash will be wired to the Entrant's PayPal Account within four (4) to six (6) weeks of NDOORS Interactive Inc.’s receipt and verification of that Entrant’s eligibility. Decisions made by Sponsor are final in all matters, including interpretation of these official rules and giving the prize.

 

7. LIMITATION ON LIABILITY / DISCLAIMER / OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

All Entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of Sponsor. If the Event is not capable of running as planned, including, without limitation, because of any infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, or other cause beyond Sponsor's control which corrupts or threatens to corrupt or adversely affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Event, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Event, and Sponsor, in its sole discretion, can decide whether the user is eligible to receive the cash prior to such cancellation, suspension, or modification of the Event. Entrants waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct or indirect damages. EACH SELECTED ENTRANT, BY ACCEPTANCE OF A PRIZE, AGREES TO RELEASE SPONSOR AND THE SPONSOR AFFILIATES FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, OR ACTIONS OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER FOR INJURIES, DEATH, DISABILITY, ATTORNEYS' FEES, COSTS OF LITIGATION, AND SETTLEMENT, AS WELL AS DAMAGES OR LOSSES TO PERSONS AND PROPERTY THAT MAY BE SUSTAINED IN CONNECTION WITH THE RECEIPT, OWNERSHIP, OR USE OF ANY PRIZE OR WHILE TRAVELING TO AND/OR FROM A LOCATION TO OBTAIN OR USE ANY PRIZE. NEITHER SPONSOR NOR THE SPONSOR AFFILIATES MAKE ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO THE USE OF ANY PRIZE INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. FURTHER, NO RESPONSIBILITIES ARE ACCEPTED FOR ANY ADDITIONAL EXPENSES, OMISSIONS, DELAYS, RE-ROUTING, OR ACTS OF ANY GOVERNMENT OR AUTHORITY.Neither Sponsor nor the Sponsor Affiliates are responsible for technical, hardware, software, cable, or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled, or delayed electronic communications caused by Sponsor or the Sponsor Affiliates, the Entrant, any Entrant challenged in the Event, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Event or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Events and/or which may limit an Entrant's ability to participate in the Event. Further, neither Sponsor nor the Sponsor Affiliates are responsible for any lost, late, illegible, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, or postage-due mail. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or corrupted are void and will not be accepted. Any person who supplies false information, enters by fraudulent means, or is otherwise determined to be in violation of these official rules in an attempt to obtain any prize will forfeit the prize won and may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Each Entrant agrees not to knowingly: damage or cause interruption of the Even or obtain or modify another entrant's non-public account information without their consent. Submission of an entry is acknowledgment of and agreement to be bound by all terms and conditions of these official rules.

 

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE OR WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE EVENT VIOLATES CRIMINAL AND/OR CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY THE EVENT AND ENTRANT MAKING SUCH ATTEMPT AND SPONSOR MAY SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

 

8. DISPUTES:

Except where prohibited, an Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the event or the cash given shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the Court of Los Angeles County in the State of California. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation of the Sponsor in connection with the event, shall be governed by, and constructed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.
