Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute any of the Contest and Events prizes for a prize of equal or greater value. All applicable federal, state/provincial and local taxes are each winner's sole responsibility. Cash winners based in countries other than U.S. will receive cash prize less withholding tax as required by tax treaty agreement between U.S. and winners' countries. Prizes won by minors will be awarded to their parents/legal guardians. It is required that the winner be at least age eighteen (18) to receive these prizes. Winners between the ages of thirteen (13) and seventeen (17) are eligible to win prizes pending parents’ or guardians’ prize verification. NDOORS Interactive Inc. is pleased to announce that the “No Atlantian Left Behind” Contest (the "Contest") and the Milestone Mettle Tournament Events (the "Events") begin September 24, 2008, at 6:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time ("PDT") and ends on November 30, 2008, at 11:00 AM PDT (the period between these dates and times will be the “Open Beta Period”). In order to be eligible for the Contest and Events, you (the “Entrant”) must have participated in the Atlantica Online Free Leagues competition at least once during the Open Beta Period to have a chance at winning cash or a prize. By participating, you acknowledge that you will be registered at the Atlantica website, http://www.playatlantica.com(the “Website”), and may periodically receive email updates from NDOORS Interactive Inc. ("Sponsor") about the Contest and Events. In addition, any information you provide to the Sponsor will be governed by the Sponsor's privacy policy, which may be viewed at the Website. By entering and playing the game, you will be participating in one prize pool for a chance to win the prizes described below.
To participate in the Contest and Events, you must have participated in the Atlantica Free Leagues at least once between September 24, 2008, 6:00 PM PDT, and November 30, 2008, 11:00 AM PDT, or you will not be eligible to win. Contest winners will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible registered accounts regardless of whether the accounts are free or paid. The drawing will take place in Los Angeles County, California, within 3 business days after each Free Leagues participation Milestone is achieved. A Milestone is achieved when the total number of Atlantica characters who have participated in the Free Leagues at least once reaches each of the following numbers: 5,000, 10,000, 20,000, and 30,000. There can be no more than four (4) Milestones during the Open Beta Period. Entrants acknowledge that utilizing scripts, macros, or other automated and illegitimate means to play the game will be regarded as illegitimate, and entrants will be disqualified from the Contest, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or illegible entries; bugs; failures in servers, hardware or software; transmission failure or loss or delayed or corrupted data transmissions or any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from the Contest. In the event of a dispute concerning who registered to participate in the Contest, the registration will be declared to have been made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of registration. An authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. This Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Each selected entrant will be notified on or before December 14, 2008, via telephone, mail or email that he or she, subject to verification, is a Contest and event winner. If selected Contest and event winners cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made during ten (10) business days from Sponsor's first attempt, or if a winner is found to be ineligible at Sponsor's sole discretion, an alternate winner may be selected. If a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the selected winner may be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected.
The eligibility to win the cash or prizes for the Contest and Events can be voided where prohibited or restricted by the law of governing authority of each country. Geographical restrictions and other restriction may apply. Employees of the Sponsor and its partners, parent companies, divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, trustees, franchisees, licensees, advertising, promotion and public relations agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, independent contractors, representatives and agencies (collectively, the "Sponsor Affiliates") are not eligible to win any of the cash or prizes from the Contest and Events. Additionally, immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children), grandparents and grandchildren are not eligible to win. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry which is associated with but not limited to: illegitimate 3rd party program, bugs, hacking, and other illegal attempts to gain an unfair advantage in the Contest and/or Events.

The odds of winning a prize in the Contest and Events depend upon the number of eligible accounts with Free League participation.
All entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of Sponsor. Except where prohibited by law, by entering these Contest and Events, each entrant consents to the use of his/her name, voice, picture, likeness, and biographical data and/or any other information contained in his/her entry in advertising, promotional, and marketing materials by Sponsor and the Sponsor Affiliates in all media now known or hereafter discovered without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval. All entrants further acknowledge that if they are chosen as a winner, certain of their personally identifying information may be disclosed to third parties at least as required by law, including, without limitation, on a winners list. Each winner (or winner's parent/legal guardian if the winner is a minor) will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within ten (10) days of receipt or the prize may be forfeited. If the Contest and Events are not capable of running as planned, including, without limitation, because of any infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, or other cause beyond Sponsor's control which corrupts or threatens to corrupt or adversely affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Contest and Events, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Contest and Events and Sponsor, in its sole discretion, can perform the random drawings from among all eligible entries received prior to such cancellation, suspension, or modification of the Contest and Events. Entrants waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct or indirect damages. EACH WINNER, BY ACCEPTANCE OF A PRIZE, AGREES TO RELEASE SPONSOR AND THE SPONSOR AFFILIATES FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, OR ACTIONS OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER FOR INJURIES, DEATH, DISABILITY, ATTORNEYS' FEES, COSTS OF LITIGATION, AND SETTLEMENT, AS WELL AS DAMAGES OR LOSSES TO PERSONS AND PROPERTY THAT MAY BE SUSTAINED IN CONNECTION WITH THE RECEIPT, OWNERSHIP, OR USE OF ANY PRIZE OR WHILE TRAVELING TO AND/OR FROM A LOCATION TO OBTAIN OR USE ANY PRIZE. NEITHER SPONSOR NOR THE SPONSOR AFFILIATES MAKE ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO THE USE OF ANY PRIZE INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. FURTHER, NO RESPONSIBILITIES ARE ACCEPTED FOR ANY ADDITIONAL EXPENSES, OMISSIONS, DELAYS, RE-ROUTING, OR ACTS OF ANY GOVERNMENT OR AUTHORITY.
Neither Sponsor nor the Sponsor Affiliates are responsible for technical, hardware, software, cable, or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled, or delayed electronic communications caused by Sponsor or the Sponsor Affiliates, the entrant, any entrant challenged in the Contest and Events, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest and Events or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Contest and Events and/or which may limit an entrant's ability to participate in the Contest and Events. Further, neither Sponsor nor the Sponsor Affiliates are responsible for any lost, late, illegible, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, or postage-due mail. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or corrupted are void and will not be accepted. Any person who supplies false information, enters by fraudulent means, or is otherwise determined to be in violation of these official rules in an attempt to obtain any prize will forfeit the prize won and may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Each entrant agrees not to knowingly: damage or cause interruption of the Contest and Events; prevent others from using the Contest and Events; or obtain or modify another entrant's non-public account information without their consent. Submission of an entry is acknowledgment of and agreement to be bound by all terms and conditions of these official rules.
Except where prohibited, an entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Contest and event or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the Court of Los Angeles County in the State of California. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation of the Sponsor in connection with the Contest and event, shall be governed by, and constructed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.
