NDOORS INTERACTIVE, INC., the U.S. subsidiary of one of the fastest growing Korean online game entertainment companies, NDOORS Corp., is currently seeking a highly energetic and reliable individual for the following position for its office in El Segundo, CA.
QUALITY ASSURANCE TESTER (Part Time):
- Responsible for carrying out day-to-day QA duties, including locating, organizing, prioritizing, and communicating bugs to the QA Leads
- Perform tests, report anomalies, and verify implemented fixes throughout the QA production cycle
- Collect, investigate, process, and document various data regarding in-game issues, exploits, and bugs
- Create detailed bug reports as well as learn/follow carrier standards
- Ensure that new patches and updates are functional
- Verify the functionality of licensed/unlicensed 3rd-party software and hardware that may be used in conjunction with our online products, and report all malfunctions or defects
- Ensure bug reports are written clearly and accurately, detailing anomalies found and the steps required for repeating those anomalies
- Review and analyze competitive interactive massively multiplayer online game products
Position Qualifications:
- Must have passion for and be enthusiastic about online games
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual in Korean and English is a plus, but not required
- Working knowledge of the MS Office suite, particularly with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Team-oriented work attitude, combined with an ability to work independently
- Prior PC and online game industry experience, particularly in quality assurance, is recommended
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Open and flexible schedule, including 3rd shifts and afternoon shifts
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced but supportive environment
- Requires strong attention to detail, work ethic, and problem-solving skills
