Game Master – Part time

Qualification:   

•  Strong verbal and written communication skills

•  Previous customer service experience and a commitment to superior customer satisfaction

•  Team-oriented work attitude with an ability to work independently

•  Able to deal with high stress

•  Familiarity with PC gaming and MMORPGs

•  Strong organizational and time management skills

•  Open and flexible schedule including 3rd shifts and afternoon shifts

•  Must be able to work in a fast-paced, but supportive environment

•  Requires strong attention to detail & follow through on User issues

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

•  Responsible for resolving users' inquiries, disputes, complaints and ensuring user satisfaction

•  Collect, investigate, process, and document various data regarding in-game issues, exploits and bugs

•  Educate Users on existing GM support rules and Guidelines

•  Act as a liaison between users and various internal departments.

•  Provide technical support to end users on game and other game related issues
