


Community Moderator – Multilingual English, Spanish and/or Portuguese (Part Time; Working Off-site)
The role of the Community Moderator will be responsible general help, and will specialize in all player-facing game related issues and will work closely with Game Operation Department about forum, fan sites and web sites managing player expectations.
Qualification:
• Bi or Trilingual in English, Spanish and/or Portuguese with excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Team-oriented work attitude with an ability to work independently
• Familiarity with Atlantica Online, PC gaming and MMORPGs
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, but supportive environment
• Requires strong attention to detail & follow through on User issues
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Monitoring official website forums for player feedback as well as complaints and bug reports and provide timely responses that are accurate and supportive
• Monitoring fan sites for community related bug or game related issues and provide timely responses that are accurate and supportive
• Monitor and report community opinion and trends
• Responsible for resolving users' inquiries, disputes, complaints and ensuring user satisfaction
• Act as a liaison between users and various internal departments.
• Provide technical support to end users on game and other game related issues
• Translating game web sites, forums and announcements from English to Spanish/ Portuguese
