
NDOORS INTERACTIVE, INC., a U.S. Subsidiary of one of the fastest growing Korean Online Game and Entertainment Companies, is currently seeking a highly energetic and reliable individual for the following position for its office in El Segundo, CA.
The Business Development Manager’s role is to facilitate the management of business relationships between Ndoors Interactive, Inc and external partners. He/she will work closely with upper management and other departments in finding new areas of opportunity and needs as Ndoors Interactive, Inc moves forward in achieving our long term goals. The Business Development Manager will be involved in process from initial discussions to working out a definitive agreement to managing the ongoing relationships.

Qualifications:
- Must have passion for games, especially massively multi-player online games (MMOGs)
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in the PC, online and internet game industry, particularly in business development management, is recommended
- Educational requirements: bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or similar discipline or equivalent industry experience. MBA is plus
- Comprehensive knowledge of the emerging trends in social media and the business models and technologies behind it
- Extensive deal negotiation and overall management experience
- Professional and polished demeanor with excellent verbal and written and presentation design skills, Bilingual in English/Korean is plus.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and ability to establish cross-functional teamwork
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to perform multiple tasks
- Excellent MS Office Suite skills with emphasis on Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Represent the company professionally and positively during discussions with external partners and potential partners.
- Analyze and present business proposals to upper managements providing proper information for decision making process.
- Maintain knowledge of online game and MMOG market trends and customer requirements for both the U.S. and foreign markets and make periodic reports to upper managements
- Developing a core understanding of the unique online game business needs and tailoring strategy and solutions to meet the needs of game users
- Prepare presentations and strategic analysis
- Work closely with strategic partners and ensure successful partner implementations
