1.     Be Respectful.

We are here have fun but we have to keep in mind that no single Atlantica player is the same. We all come from all over the world, from different cultures and societies. We have different beliefs and ideas and we need to try and be respectful of each other.

·         No flaming or posting to intentionally insult another user.

·         No racism, sexism or discriminatory comments. These will be deleted immediately.

·         No trolling. This means that you cannot make a post with the purpose of drawing insults or flames from other users.

·         Do not bypass the word filter

             2.     Do not discuss illegal activities.

Discussing illegal activities on the forums will result in the in the immediate deletion of the post or thread. This includes links and discussion of illegal torrent downloads, pirated software, music, ect.

             3.     Do not post personal information.

Any thread or post found to contain personal information about a person will be deleted immediately.

·         This not only includes yourself but of other users.

·         No account names, passwords, real names, contact information or any information that could be considered a violation of another’s privacy.

·         Do not post conversations transcripts from in-game or outside chat programs (IM’s, emails) without consent from all parties involved.

             4.     No advertising.

Please refrain from advertising for products or services not related to Atlantica Online. This also includes gold selling, power leveling or any other type of RMT services. In the case of discussing RMT companies or posting screen shots of spammers please omit the name of the companies and the links to those sites.

             5.     Do not post accusations of cheating or hacking.

If you believe that you have information regarding a hack, cheat, or exploit being used in-game please report it through our support system found here. Accusing another user of using an exploit or hacking can damage their reputation and bring undue attention to them. NDoors will investigate all reports of such activities and take the appropriate action when needed.

             6.    No impersonating NDoors employees.

This includes, but is not limited to, Game Masters, Developers, and Administrators. Anyone caught attempting to impersonate a staff member of NDoors will receive a permanent suspension from the forums with the possibility of a temporary or permanent suspension of their game account.

             7.    No litigious posts.

Threads created for the purpose of threatening legal action against NDoors, another user, or anyone else will be deleted immediately, this also includes any posts having to do with legal matters. Forums are not the appropriate place for such discussion.

             8.    Do not create threads directed at Atlantica staff members.

If you have an issue which you feel needs to be addressed immediately please submit a ticket via the support system.

             9.   No discussion of inappropriate topics.

This includes but is not limited to politics, ethnicity, and religion. Game forums are generally not the place for such topics and the internet is very large, please find other places to discuss these issues if you wish to.

            10.  Do not publicly discuss moderation or disciplinary action.

If you have a concern regarding moderation of the forums, please submit a ticket via the support system to resolve it. Do not create a thread or post about the issue.

            11.  Other language posting.

Posting in another language is allowed on the forums but please remember to follow the forum rules, they will be checked. Also if you are creating a thread in another language please include an appropriate tag in the title such as [French Post] or [German Post].

·         Please do not insult another user for speaking a different language.

            12.  Please keep discussion on topic.

Read and remember the original post when replying to a thread. Comments intended to derail or bring threads off-topic will be deleted.

            13.  No Spam Posts.

Any post considered to be spam, or a "bump" post will be deleted immediately. This includes, but is not limited to:

           ·         Posts that do not contribute to the thread

           ·         Posts that are considered "bump" posts. (ex. "Bump" "Post count +1")

           ·         Posting images that do not contribute to the thread, or are not related to the topic of the thread.

                        Also, any post quoting a bump post for the sole purpose to increase post count or to add to the spam will be deleted.

            14. Do not double post.

            15. Title of Topic need to be relevant to thread.
