| man get an antivirus software. How long have you been using your pc unprotected? Get sth like norton internet security then feel free to download anything you want.
On where the keylogger comes from, you must have, either gold seller website, or downloaded something that contains keylogger in it. I think most likely you tried to download a bot or a "hack" for AO, which in facts is a genuine keylogger. |

| Most likely they downgrade your items because they helped you out, but still find it kinda your own fault.
If they would restore everything to it's full extent, people that got hacked and haven't been helped will complain and that alltogether will cause alot of QQ.
See this help as a warning, to make sure your pc is well-protected.
The GM's could have said:tough luck, pc wasn't well-protected, own fault, so no items restored.
So be happy^^ |

This. I've been hacked once, they said it wasn't any flaw from their side, my fault, and they can't do anything. Lucky me, i had full darkest night gear on main and some pieces on mercs, so i made a "miraculous" comeback. That, untill i quit my char , sold all, indep my mercs and started a maniac =)

i alreeady talked with some AO staff, they said they will restore my item without downgrade it....
idk but some staff said, they said they never downgrade the item that has beee lost....(i chat with some of them)
