Anyone ever checked the kAO FL rankings and ours?

Not sure if its the fact that kAO has way to many grinders, or if theres more unbalancing stuff upcoming but....

Their whole top 20's on each server contains only lvl 122+ players, whilst we have a lot of 110's or around in top 20's

what exactly do you mean "a lot of 110's or around in top 20's?"

I see exactly 1 who is level 118. 2 people who are 120 (I assume they haven't bothered with the upgrade quest). And the next lowest level 124.

Uhhh are you kidding? There are NINE people under level 115 out of 120 people. You honestly think that's a lot?

The majority of people in the top 20 are well over 120.

Check Mycenae, not the general overall servers, and then compare to kAO again, actually on kAO most is lvl 130/129.

maybe mycenae just sucks here compared to kAO, idk <.<

they have had more time then us to lvl anyways, nothing else i dont think

they grind more, and they had more time to get to 130 cuze they got the 130 patch earlier. thats it.

It is usualy not about being bothered with the upgrade quest, it usually has something to do with the bs cost of doing said quest and the bs hard bosses involved in said quest.

And no, heres a good example of how gear and levels helps you own any one in FL. I am div 1 with mercs between 115-120, i fought Inmo who is also div 1 with mercs all 124+ in (almost) full dragon god gear. His witch attacked my spartan and did 5000 damage... my prophet attacked his witch and did 1500 damage...

You just cannot compete with that.

What do you think was one of the QQers issues were? When I started playing, you could get to div 1 as soon as you reached 100. Now, a 110 miiiight get to div 1 in manual, but certainly won't stay there.

Not too hard to figure out why blaaster. I can barely beat ppl in nix gear while running in a mix darkest night, divine gear. nxi was the best gear u could have. Essentially, ALL thats between me and those nix gear ppl are TWO tiers of difference.

Now, the ppl who have been lvl 120 for a long while, are suddenly lvl 127 after completing the lvl 120 upgrade quest, and have the money to splurge. and be armed in DG gear, having THREE ARMOR TIERS advantage, get ruby necklaces, ONE TIER of NECKLACE equip above me, have ONE MORE UPGRADE over me, and have TEN MORE POINTS in 1 skill.

See the diff in advantages? now I can't even play musical chairs and shuffle around cuze once a spike/snipe build in DG gear get 5 FL activations, I'm losing ONE MERC per ONE TURN. tryin to hold div 1 has seriously become hell for me.

Actually difference between DG and phoenix gear is 2 or maybe even 3 gears, as the reason you cant wild cat phoenix gear is cause theres either lvl 115 or 118 gears in between which isn't released yet,

Anyways, I Got my answer, thats all I needed from this thread

just so you know, yeah theres a huge advantage to dg gears, but hardly anyone is able to afford full sets of them, so stop the whining about it, kthx.

Difference is 1 tier. Each tier is 20% better than the last.
In pve terms, a +1 nix = dg +0 same as dep +1 = +0 nix. and div +1 = dep +0.
In pvp terms, +'s are nerfed to 5% so nix +4 = dg +0 etc etc.

You know, raqnkings aren't really a measure of skill, they're more a measure of how much you play. Most lv115's won't be in the top simply because by the time they collect enough points to be high-ranked, they will usually have leveled up naturally to 120.

This is especially the case in Korea, where the game has been out longer, so it takes more time to get into the top.

You don't even need full sets, weapons are enough, armour doesn't really mean much if you go from nix to DG, weapons on the other hand do.

Armors matter alot, I just did a transition from divine to nix and I see a huge difference, even if my might barely swayed. Armor matter alot, maybe not as much as weapons, but they matter.
